At Otium you will:
-Write and respond to guest reviews
-Answer guest support calls,
-Managing, responding and turning inquiries into bookings by actively following up with leads
-Update our internal databases
-Create Maintenance Request tasks based on public and private review feedback
-Create Guest Request tasks based on guest communication
-Manage and update Otium's Property Review Tracker
-Managing the
-Offering guests to extend their stay to fill up calendar gaps
-Assist the Accounting team record company expenses
-Assist our Marketing team with social media management
