Job Title: Email/SMS Project Manager

About This Role:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Email/SMS Project Manager to oversee our Email and SMS marketing programs from concept to execution. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team, designers, copywriters, and team leaders to ensure campaigns are aligned with the company’s marketing calendar and drive revenue through strategic audience segmentation and optimized messaging.

This role is ideal for someone with exceptional project management skills who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the growth of a key business asset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to complete and maintain the company’s email and marketing calendars monthly.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including concept creation, copywriting, design, and scheduling.
- Build and optimize customer and non-customer segments within email/SMS platforms to improve targeting strategies.
- Schedule Email/SMS campaigns using Klaviyo and Sendlane platforms.
- Research and brainstorm ideas for Email and SMS calendars to align with marketing goals.

Software/Platforms/Tools:
- Email platforms like Klaviyo (preferred)
- SMS platforms like Sendlane or Postscript
- Project management tools such as Notion or Asana
- Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Northbeam, Rockerbox, or Wicked Reports (a plus)

Qualifications:
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- 3-5 years of freelancing experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to create and refine processes for streamlined task management.
- Quick learner who can adapt to new platforms and tools.

Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with Klaviyo, Sendlane, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools.
- A strong creative eye for effective content strategies.

Shift Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm during US PST
