We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Dispatch Coordinator to optimize our service delivery operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
-Efficiently dispatch technicians to customer locations
-Coordinate with vendors and warranty companies for issue resolution
-Manage parts ordering and technician inventory tracking
-Document and report service call outcomes to senior management
-Maintain exceptional customer communication and relationship management
-Provide real-time updates on technician service progress
-Actively participate in professional development and training programs
Required Qualifications:
-Minimum 1-3 years customer service dispatch experience
-Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Advanced proficiency in:
-IT systems
-Phone operations
-Customer relationship management (CRM) software
Proven ability to:
-Manage high-pressure environments
-Resolve conflicts professionally
-Build and maintain customer trust
