Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused CRM-Outbound Calls Specialist to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential and existing customers through outbound calls, providing information about vehicles and promotions, and scheduling appointments to drive sales. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and skilled in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement:
- Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, leads, and customer interest.
- Provide detailed information about vehicles, promotions, and dealership services.
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule test drives and sales consultations with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure appointments are handled efficiently.
- CRM Management:
- Maintain and update customer records in the dealership’s CRM system.
- Track interactions and follow-up activities for accuracy and future reference.
- Customer Support:

- Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or outbound calling role.
