JOB OVERVIEW

Experience: Prior experience in supply chain management & e-commerce is a must.
We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager for our dropshipping store.

Your role will primarily involve accurate data management and overseeing the supply chain to ensure smooth operations. Please include the word blue in your application so I can see that you have attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Address Error Resolution:

Identify and address errors in shipping addresses promptly.
Work with the customer service team to contact customers and update order information to avoid delays.
Issue refunds if address issues are not resolved within seven days.
Inventory and Variant Management:

Monitor out-of-stock products and coordinate with suppliers to check stock status.
Request similar product alternatives and communicate options to customers.
Update product listings on Facebook or Google and remove unavailable items from the store.
Order Fulfillment & Supplier Communication:

Conduct daily reviews of unfulfilled orders and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely processing.
Follow up on delayed orders, emphasizing urgency to prevent customer disputes.
Maintain regular communication with the customer service agency and fulfillment agents to resolve order issues.
Quality Control & Scaling:

Request quality checks from suppliers, especially when scaling up.
Monitor product quality and address issues proactively to maintain high standards.
Strategize price reduction requests based on sales volume and negotiate better prices with suppliers.
Dispute and Refund Management:

Handle refunds for orders with unresolved address issues or unavailable product variants.
Manage disputes for returned or refused orders, implementing a policy to minimize financial losses.
Document all communications and actions taken to track order issues effectively.
Price Reduction & Cost Savings:

Request price reductions from suppliers as sales volumes increase.
Track cost savings and document achievements, receiving a 10% royalty on all savings made.
Team Coordination:

Collaborate with the customer service team to manage customer inquiries and order issues.
Ensure smooth communication between all teams to minimize disputes and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers and team members.
Organization: Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage daily responsibilities efficiently.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using tools like Shopify, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Sheets.
