Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team and support our growing interior webshop. The ideal candidate is excellent at managing customer inquiries, particularly regarding delivery timelines, and understands the importance of maintaining a low return rate by ensuring accurate and helpful responses to customers.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via
Provide clear and accurate information about delivery times and product details.
Handle complaints or issues in a professional manner, offering solutions that align with our policies.
Handling chargebacks and disputes
Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate order tracking and timely updates.
Suggest and implement strategies to reduce return rates.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent written communication and translating skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Familiarity with Shopify (this is not required).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience with winning chargebacks.

Salary:
$5 per hour (this number is a guideline, the actual amount will be determined based on experience and growth)
