JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing Real Estate Management Company looking to hire a virtual assistant
knowledgeable in real estate, hospitality (Airbnb, VRBO, etc) and lead generation.

Qualifications
- Must be fluent in the English language and have proficient writing skills
- Must have prior experience working with Real Estate
- Must have experience in Hospitality (Airbnb, VRBO, etc)
- Must be experienced in generating leads through cold emailing and calling
- Preference will go to candidates that have an understanding of Finance
- Must be humble, honest and transparent
- Must be able to adapt to the situation as it changes
- Must solve problems independently through web research

Responsibilities
- Hospitality
- Communicating with guests and ensuring quality communication throughout their
stay. Responses should be made within 30 minutes of the guest reaching out.
- Creating listings for clients through multiple platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc).
- Create and Qualify the Team (Cleaners, Handyman, lawn maintenance, snow
removal, etc) for each listing.
- Managing the cleaner for each listing as well as other maintenance members
required to maintain the property.
- Ordering supplies and ensuring that all listings have what they need.
- Putting together the owner templates, obtaining all the data relevant to the property
to answer questions that guests may have. This will include smart lock pass codes,
cleaner closet codes, information on temperature gauge, and just an overall
understanding of how the house is laid out for the guest.

Lead Generation
- Lead generation through cold emails and calling; generating and qualifying potential
real estate investor leads
- Posting on real estate related websites and forums to generate leads
- Provide ideas for marketing the business to garner further leads

Finance Activities
- Monthly billing of services performed to clients.
- Assistance in Market & Pricing Analysis
- Monthly tracking of expenses for each listing

Administrative Activities
- Email management - Filtering through emails and keeping the inbox clean
- Calendar management - Tracking tasks, meetings, and other commitments
- Handling paperwork - Documents, etc.
- Setting up and scheduling calls/meetings
- Following up with clients in order to stay top of mind.
