Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team. This role will focus on supporting clients through onboarding, assisting with payment application processes, and maintaining accurate data while ensuring excellent communication with banking partners. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
Perform accurate data entry for payment applications, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Manage and support client requests related to payment processing, ensuring timely execution with banking partners.
Respond to client inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and solutions.
Maintain strong client relationships through attentive communication and follow-up.
Identify and address client issues proactively, working to resolve them with a high level of customer care.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and improve support processes.
Adapt quickly to new systems and processes, contributing to operational efficiency.
Document support interactions and track common issues to help drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a strong focus on accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-centric mindset.
Familiarity with payment processing or financial services is a plus.
Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
Positive energy, problem-solving skills, and a growth-oriented attitude.
Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is preferred.
