Job Description: Spanish Bilingual Front Office Coordinator
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Spanish Bilingual Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, organizational abilities, and a customer-focused approach to provide outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly, in-person and over the phone, and assist them with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate tea
Scheduling: Manage appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and confirm appointments in a timely manner.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and staff, effectively communicating in both English and Spanish.
Administrative Support: Handle incoming mail, prepare outgoing correspondence, and assist with data entry and file management.
Office Management: Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
Records Management: Maintain accurate client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with office policies.
Problem-Solving: Address client concerns or complaints professionally, escalating issues as needed.
Clinical Admin: Assist the BCBA, RBTs as a translator during meetings with the family or parents.
Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
