Role: Senior Recruiter
Contract: Full-time Remote Contractor (40 hours weekly / 160 hours monthly)
Business Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM EST
Rate: $1,200 - $1,500 monthly / $14,400 - $18,000 annually (Salary is negotiable based on experience and location)
Availability to Start: Immediately

They focus on simplifying the program's requirements by managing compliance, streamlining drug ordering, and handling financial processes. Additionally, they assist in onboarding new healthcare providers and clinics, ensuring that patients, particularly those with specialized needs, receive effective care. The company also enhances pharmacy partnerships, manages patient eligibility, and monitors drug inventory. By prioritizing compliance and helping healthcare organizations grow their patient base, they play a vital role in the success and sustainability of the 340B Program.

What You'll Do
As a Senior Recruiter, you will take charge of full-cycle recruitment, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and craft tailored strategies to attract top talent. You'll source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels, ensuring a seamless interview and selection process. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide insights on market trends, role requirements, and candidate selection while collaborating with leadership to meet workforce planning goals. You'll also drive employer branding initiatives, represent the company at industry events, and enhance recruitment processes for efficiency and scalability. Your ability to provide an exceptional candidate experience and leverage data to refine strategies will be key to your success in this role. Your responsibilities will include:

Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Manage interviews, assessments, and selection processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on role requirements, market trends, and candidate selection.
- Collaborate with leadership to meet workforce planning objectives.

Employer Branding
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the organization's employer brand.
- Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and industry forums to attract high-quality candidates.

Process Optimization
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and refine strategies.

Candidate Experience
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with applicants and hiring teams.

What You Should Have
Must-haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in senior or leadership roles.
- At least 2+ years of experience in US recruitment.
- Near-neutral accent and a proven background in successfully hiring and closing US-based positions.
- Experience creating or enhancing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the organization as a great workplace.
- Proven ability to fill roles across multiple departments, levels, and locations.
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment is preferred.
- Expertise in sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics. Experience in Zoho is a big plus!
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring.
