Now, I’m looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to grow my brand, attract investors, partners, and clients, and showcase the success of my business.

I need someone who can:
- Create engaging content inspired by viral trends in the STR and Airbnb niches.
- Highlight property transformations, design projects, and operational success.
- Sprinkle in relatable, personal moments to show the freedom this business provides while inspiring others.
- Position me as Las Vegas’ top STR management company to attract new clients and business opportunities.

Hours Per Day: This job is flexible. You don’t need to sit at a desk all day, but you’ll need to:
- Dedicate about 6 hours/day TOTAL to studying InstaCoach Mike’s course, researching, and posting content.
- Be available for 12 hours/day to post Instagram Stories at different times and respond to my messages or calls within 10 minutes for smooth communication.
- Take breaks as needed during your day.

- Have grown Instagram accounts (e.g., followers from 1k-2k > to 10k+ and Reel views to thousands of views).
- Know how to spot trends, create engaging Stories/ Reels, and replicate viral content.
- Apply ideas and strategies instead of waiting for direction.
- Take full ownership of your work—from researching to publishing posts.
- Track performance metrics to optimize results continuously.
