Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving business growth. This full-time remote position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in creating order out of chaos.

As someone with excellent people skills, unwavering integrity, and a sharp eye for detail, you’ll be an integral part of our team. You’ll work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, during the night shift (9 PM - 6 AM PH Time) to align with our U.S.-based clients. Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job listings, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
Content Research: Research and analyze top-performing social media ads to develop data-driven strategies, leveraging platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and AdCreative AI.

Email
and Calendar Management: Organize and prioritize the CEO’s inbox, respond to key messages, and schedule appointments to optimize time management.
Project Fulfillment Support: Assist in executing tasks related to deliverables, including reviewing scripts, basic design, and quality control.
SOP Development: Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to establish efficient workflows.
Client Communication: Address client concerns promptly, follow up on inquiries, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
System Setup and Management: Support the implementation and maintenance of organizational tools like Notion and Airtable.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline operations.
Team Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and team members, fostering effective communication and coordination.

Experience
2+ years as an executive assistant, preferably in a remote capacity.
Proven expertise in tools like Gmail, Google Suite, Notion, Airtable, and Canva.
Demonstrated success in creating SOPs and managing operational workflows.
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a strong advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently.
