We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Chat Support Agent to join our e-commerce team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling everything from general inquiries to resolving complex order issues.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat in fluent English (minimum C1 level).
Process refunds and handle complaints efficiently.
Resolve order-related issues and ensure smooth communication with customers.
Deliver fast, professional, and solution-oriented customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

1. Fluent English (written and spoken, minimum C1 level).
2. Previous experience in customer support, ideally in e-commerce.
