Marketing Assistant

We are a marketing agency that builds websites & marketing automations for service businesses such as auto detailers or landscapers. We also manage Google Ad campaigns for some clients. All clients websites and automations are built on the GoHighlevel Platform. Your responsibilities will consist of building out new client websites using information they provide to us, and managing Google Ad campaigns for clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Website Development

Build custom websites for service businesses using GoHighLevel platform
Collect and integrate client-provided content and branding
Ensure responsive design and user-friendly navigation
Implement SEO best practices
Create landing pages optimized for conversions

Marketing Automation

Design comprehensive automation sequences in GoHighLevel
Create lead nurturing workflows
Set up email and SMS marketing campaigns
Develop follow-up sequences for different customer touchpoints
Implement tracking and conversion mechanisms

Google Ads Management

Develop targeted ad campaigns for service businesses
Conduct keyword research specific to client industries
Create compelling ad copy and ad extensions
Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies
Monitor and optimize campaign performance
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports

Required Skills:

Expert knowledge of GoHighLevel platform
Advanced Google Ads certification
Understanding of service business marketing strategies
Proficiency in website design and user experience
Strong analytical and optimization skills
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
