Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware).
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, online customer behavior, and user-centric design.

Problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership skills to guide a team and make decisions quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage Projects:
Oversee key projects, from website updates and branding initiatives to product launches in new markets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure these projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Create detailed project timelines and ensure regular progress updates to all stakeholders.

Project Planning & Coordination:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
Develop detailed project plans and roadmaps in Notion to ensure clarity and transparency.
Work with stakeholders (founders, marketing teams, development teams) to define requirements and expectations.

Optimize Processes:
Implement and refine workflows using Notion to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Streamline communication and task management across departments using Notion’s project tracking, notes, and databases.
Develop processes that reduce bottlenecks and improve productivity across the team.

Coordinate Teams:
Work with team members across marketing, product development, and customer service to align on goals and tasks.
Ensure all departments are working towards shared objectives and adhering to the project’s timelines.
Facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure that tasks are efficiently distributed and tracked.

Drive Expansion:
Support the international growth of the business into new markets (e.g., Poland, Germany, Austria) while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Risk Management & Problem Solving:
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project, from site functionality problems to communication breakdowns.
Work closely with vendors and third-party agencies when necessary.
