Email Marketer - Cold Email Specialist (Commission-Based)

We are looking for a driven and skilled Email Marketer to join our team on a commission-based structure. Your primary responsibility will be to build email lists, execute cold email campaigns, and convert prospects into paying customers for our premium fitness program, Fit Fierce Forever.

Responsibilities:
Research and gather high-quality, targeted email leads within the fitness and wellness niche.
Write and execute engaging cold email campaigns tailored to our target audience.
Manage follow-ups and convert leads into sales via email communication.
Analyze campaign data to optimize performance and improve conversion rates.
Independently choose and set up the tools required for email marketing and automation.
Target Audience:
Men over 30 located in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand who are looking for efficient home fitness solutions.

Requirements:
Proven track record in cold email marketing, lead generation, and email list building.
Strong copywriting skills with a focus on persuasive communication.
Ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
Experience with setting up and using email automation tools (candidates must provide their own tools, e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, GMass).
Strong understanding of compliance and best practices in cold emailing
Bonus: Knowledge of the fitness/wellness industry.
Compensation:
$150 commission per sale generated through email campaigns.
Unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
