Electrical Estimator - Full time (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to join our team. This role combines expertise in electrical project estimation with key operational support, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all aspects of our projects. We're looking for someone with experience on:
-Develop accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for electrical projects.
-Collaborate with the team on bids and proposals to secure new projects.
-Schedule and assign jobs to team members for optimal efficiency.
-Ensure timely responses to service requests and effective resource routing.
-Communicate with clients and relevant parties to gather inspection data.
-Manage the timely completion and submission of inspection reports.
-Organize and oversee inspection schedules for ongoing projects.
-Monitor timelines, follow up on progress, and maintain clear communication with clients.
-Handle administrative tasks, including collections and inspection follow-ups.
-Assist with estimating duties and provide additional support as required.

Qualities/Requirements:
-Proven experience in electrical estimating and project coordination.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Excellent communication abilities to coordinate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
-Proficiency in scheduling and dispatching tools or software.
-A proactive and adaptable mindset to handle various duties effectively
