Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Writer with a proven track record in e-commerce content writing. The ideal candidate will create compelling, engaging, and customer-focused content that inspires action, enhances the customer experience, and drives conversions.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Writer, IN the e-commerce sector.
- A strong portfolio showcasing ability to write emotionally engaging and benefit-focused content.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in UK English.
- Ability to translate product features into relatable and impactful benefits.
- Understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
- Creative thinker with excellent storytelling abilities.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day: What to Expect
- Website Content: Writing and updating product pages, category descriptions, landing pages, and blog articles to enhance the online shopping experience and drive SEO performance.
- Infographics Briefs: Collaborating with designers to create clear, compelling briefs that convey the intended message, ensuring alignment with the brand tone and style.
- Email Marketing: Crafting email briefs and writing persuasive email copy for newsletters, promotional campaigns, and product launches to engage our audience and drive conversions.
- Product Titles & Descriptions: Developing attention-grabbing product titles and detailed descriptions that emphasise the emotional benefits and unique selling points of our products.
- Features vs Benefits: Translating technical product features into relatable benefits that resonate with customers and solve their problems or fulfil their desires.
- Campaign Brainstorming: Participating in creative meetings to brainstorm campaign ideas, taglines, and promotional angles.
- Content Proofing & Editing: Reviewing and refining content to ensure it’s polished, error-free, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Market & Competitor Research: Staying up-to-date with e-commerce trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform and improve content.
