Landlord Coach Social Media & Graphic Manager

I currently own a real estate property management company in Nebraska. I am turning my management skills into a coaching business to help other landlords manage their rental properties. I am looking for someone to help me create beautiful, modern, and eye-catching graphics inside my business and on social media. I, also, would like someone who knows how to create social media strategies and is not afraid to come up with their own post captions.

Individuals will need to be able to follow weekly tasks that need completed and post social media content during Central Time Zones. There will be a set number of hours to start, potentially could turn into 40 hours a week.

To start we are looking to pay $300 USD a month.
Responsibilities will include:
Tracking leads
Having conversations potential leads through DMs
Social Media Curation (ideation)
Social Media Content Creation - captions and graphics
Eye Catching Graphic Design
Controlling Facebook Group
Web Design/funnel building (in the future)
Small admin tasks as needed

Requirements:
High English Proficiency – both written and spoken
Google Drive, Keep, Docs, Calendar experience
Problem Solver
Detail Oriented
Proficient Computer Skills
Self Starter
Computer Access with good home internet connection

Rental property experience

Facebook/Instagram experience
LinkedIn experience
Graphic design experience
Customer Service experience
