FULL-TIME YOUTUBE VIDEO EDITOR POSITION

We're seeking a skilled video editor to join our established YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/alextimm) focused on fishing, fishing gear, and fishing tech reviews. This is a stable, full-time position offering competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

- Salary: $600 USD/month with potential increases based on performance
- 28 total paid days off annually:
--- 18 floating holidays (can be used flexibly throughout the year)

WORK SCHEDULE:

- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
- Flexible on specific hours - we'll establish a consistent schedule that works for both parties
- Time off requests should be submitted 1-2 weeks in advance
- Sick time/emergencies handled case-by-case with clear communication expected

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

- Adobe Premiere Pro proficiency - required as footage will be pre-edited into project files
- Adobe After Effects experience for advanced effects and motion graphics
- Proven track record editing long-form YouTube content (not just shorts)
- Strong communication skills with daily updates during active projects
- Reliable high-speed internet for handling large file transfers (5GB-500GB per project)
- High-performance computer with minimum 1TB available storage
- Exceptional attention to detail in both visual and audio elements
- Experience with multi-camera editing, audio syncing, and background removal
- Ability to maintain organized project files and follow established workflows
- Commitment to consistent work hours and clear communication

- Minimum 1TB available storage (can include external drives)
- Fast, reliable internet connection for large file transfers

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

- Daily updates required during active projects
- Use of Trello for project tracking
- Frame.io for video review and feedback
- Clear documentation of work completed
- Organized file management
- Regular communication about progress and challenges
