(DL) Senior Accountant - Quickbooks

Hours: 40 per week, 9 AM - 5 PM US ET, Monday - Friday
C2 English proficiency required.

Company Overview: CFO Worx is a Fractional CFO firm providing finance and accounting services to US based companies.

Job Description: We are hiring an Accountant experienced in QuickBooks Online for essential accounting duties, including A/P, payroll, and sales entries, reconciliations, and routine reporting. The client business is merchandise sales. There are several credit cards, several bank accounts.

You will report to a US based Controller from CFO Worx, also working at this client.

You will interact, on camera, with the client and the CFO Worx Controller daily. At-home setup with excellent internet and camera are required.

Key Responsibilities (for all assigned entities):

Enter A/P, payroll, and sales data accurately.
Perform daily reconciliations of cash and sales.
Manage end-to-end A/P processes.
Collaborate with internal teams for clear financial documentation.
Create journal entries monthly for gap compliance accrual statements.

Qualifications:

MUST have experience with US GAAP.
CPA preferred, not required.
5+ years in accounting with strong QuickBooks Online experience.
Skilled in managing bank and credit feeds, vendor, and customer records.
Organized, detail-oriented, and thorough.
