Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple software projects from start to finish.

- Guide technical teams using your expertise and ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in software development and project management roles, leading cross-functional technical teams to successful project completions.

- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken. Ability to create technical documentation, project reports, and business correspondence that drive alignment and collaboration.

- Deep expertise in system architecture, with a strong understanding of how frontend, backend, and data layers interact. Familiarity with microservices, monolithic, and modular architectures.

- Mastery of development methodologies including Agile, Lean, and hybrid models, with the ability to tailor approaches to specific team and project needs.

- Extensive hands-on experience with PHP Laravel, JavaScript/React, and Python technologies. Capable of providing technical guidance and strategic direction in these stacks.

- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring teams, fostering collaboration, and delivering complex projects on time and within scope.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills, including navigating intricate technical challenges and conducting thorough root cause analysis.

- Demonstrated expertise in breaking down complex technical architectures into clear, actionable roadmaps. Skilled at aligning technical decisions with business objectives to empower teams and achieve measurable outcomes while keeping stakeholders informed.

- Expertise in application security best practices, including implementing data encryption, secure coding standards, access controls, and secure data handling protocols.

- High proficiency in performance optimization techniques, including frontend and backend optimization, load balancing, caching strategies, and database tuning for scalability.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure, automating build, test, and deployment processes to streamline delivery and improve reliability.
