Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with a strong background in video production and print advertising to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating engaging content for social media platforms, including video ads, book trailers, and print materials. This role requires proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut, with the ability to repurpose and optimize content for multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Create high-quality video ads, book trailers, and social media video content, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and goals.

• Design visually appealing print advertisements and promotional materials using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Edit and repurpose existing video content for use across multiple platforms.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that drive engagement, traffic, and sales.

• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize campaigns for better results.

• Manage social media content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of posts and campaigns.

• Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all content.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.

• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut.

• Strong design skills with expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

• Experience creating book trailers, video ads, and repurposing video content for social platforms.

• Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills.

• Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.



Preferred Skills:

• Experience in creating and optimizing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.

• Basic knowledge of website management tools such as WordPress.

• Photography or videography experience is a plus.
