We're a growing property management company seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to engage property owners through cold calls. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) that offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Make high-volume calls to property owners to assess satisfaction with their current management and introduce our services.
- Sales Presentations: Use strong communication skills to highlight the benefits of our property management services.
- Lead Generation: Qualify prospects and determine next steps for follow-ups and appointments.
- Sales Strategy: Work with the team to develop and implement new strategies to boost engagement and improve outreach.
- Customer Relationship Management: Document call details, track leads, and update client information in our CRM system to ensure accurate follow-ups and lead nurturing.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, confident speaking and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Sales Experience: Proven success in sales, cold calling, or customer service. Property management or real estate experience is a plus.
- Phone Skills: Comfortable making high-volume calls, engaging clients, handling objections, and closing conversations professionally.
