Job Description - Property Management Support

We are looking for someone to join the Moorview Lets team in the Property Management Support role. This role will work closely with the Property Managers within the business, to deliver 5* service to both tenants and landlords.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-orientated, with an excellent email manner and high standards for their work.
The ideal candidate should be proficient at using IT and be able to use tools like MS Office and the Google suite of products.

Responsibilities
* Process tenant check-out requests including returning their deposits and processing deductions (where required)
* Uploading maintenance items to our Property Management System ‘COHO’ - from WhatsApp/Asana/Check out reports
* Creating maintenance reports for internal review
* Ensuring compliance certification is up to date and instructing works where required
* Updating core KPIs with commentary
* Approving invoices for works and sending these for payment
* Liaising with cleaning contractors and managing schedule for regular (communal) and ad-hoc (end of tenancy) cleaning
* Other administrative duties as required by the Property Managers

Requirements
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint in particular) and using Google Suite
* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work
* Attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
* Flexible with a 'can do' attitude and growth mindset, prepared to take on new challenges.

Working Pattern: Full time, Mon-Friday, 9am-5pm UK time (with an hour for lunch)
