Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our developer team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and managing automations, extensive experience with platforms like Make.com, and a solid grasp of JSON and JavaScript. Problem-solving and the ability to map out complex automation builds are critical for success in this role.

You will play a pivotal role in helping OnSync AI deliver innovative tech solutions to online fitness coaches, working closely with our team to create seamless, efficient systems that revolutionize how our clients run their businesses.

Responsibilities:

Designing and building advanced automations on Make.com, leveraging APIs and custom coding.
Supporting system architecture by mapping and optimizing automation workflows.
Utilizing JSON and JavaScript to customize and enhance automation processes.
Collaborating with our team to troubleshoot technical challenges and deliver scalable solutions.
Assisting with data tracking, analysis, and reporting across various platforms.
Managing and optimizing integrations for tools like Google Sheets and GoHighLevel.
Supporting the development of AI-enhanced tools to improve client services.
Staying up-to-date with the latest AI tools and automation trends (a bonus if you have prior knowledge in this area).
Skillset Required:

Extensive knowledge of Make.com or similar automation platforms.
Proficiency in JSON and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of API integrations and usage.
Experience with Google Sheets, including creating advanced formulas and scripts.
Knowledge of platforms like GoHighLevel and their integration workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
(Bonus) Familiarity with AI tools and their applications.
