With a growing client base, we are seeking a talented Elementor/Elementor Pro Web Designer to join our team.
If you’re passionate about web design, highly detail-oriented, and want to grow with a dynamic team, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Only apply if you have experience building Elementor/Elementor Pro websites from start to finish, you installed all plugins, you update permalinks, installed themes and set up contact forms.

Position Overview
Title: Elementor Pro Web Design & Development
Type: Part-Time (20-40 hours per month, with potential to transition into full-time)
Location: Remote (Philippines-based applicants encouraged to apply)
Starting Rate: $8-$10 USD/hour, depending on experience
Pay 1st & 15th Each Month, Salary Payments
No Timekeeping, Complete the Assignment On Time
Expected Hire Date: January 6, 2025 (may be sooner)

You will create a staging site before you work on a client project. Only 1 Website project per month will be assigned until you transition into a full-time position.

Website Design & Development:
Build custom roofing and service-based business websites using Elementor/Elementor Pro.
Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs that align with client brand guidelines.
Optimize designs for mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
Websites must be clean, functional, user friendly (front-end and backend) and leverage global setting
Website Updates & Maintenance:
Use ManageWP to handle client website updates, backups, and performance checks.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring fast and secure websites.
SEO & On-Page Optimization:
Implement SEO best practices, including proper use of headings, alt tags, and meta descriptions.
Work with the team to ensure landing pages are optimized for local search (e.g., roofing keywords and locations).


Collaboration & Communication:
Communicate effectively with the team using tools like Zoom, Trello, etc.
Meet deadlines and complete the work that is assigned to you on time.
Required Skills:
Experience designing websites with Elementor and Elementor Pro.
Strong knowledge of WordPress website management and customization.
Proficiency in responsive design principles and website performance optimization.
Basic knowledge of on-page SEO and user experience (UX) design.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with ManageWP or similar tools for website maintenance.
Experience with design tools like Canva.
Previous experience creating websites for local service-based businesses is a plus.
Other Requirements:
Reliable internet connection and computer to handle web design tasks.
Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread work before publishing.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools or processes.
