ob Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to join our growing team. As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Canadian mortgage broker partner by managing leads, processing loan applications, and ensuring the smooth flow of documentation.

Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification and Management:
* Qualify leads from various sources, including our website CRM and phone calls.
* Verify borrower location and loan-to-value ratios against lending guidelines.
* Accurately input and track leads in the CRM system.
* Distribute qualified leads to senior brokers for follow-up.
* Correspond with co-brokers and track referrals.
* Loan Application Processing:
* Initiate loan applications based on qualified leads.
* Create and organize loan files in Dropbox.
* Prepare and send document checklists to clients.
* Follow up with clients on outstanding documentation and track progress in the CRM and daily reminders.

Document Management:
* Review and analyze borrower-provided documents.
* Save documents in Dropbox using consistent naming conventions.
* Prepare executive summaries in Microsoft Word.
* Assist with merging documentation within the CRM.

Qualifications:

* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience with CRM systems and Dropbox.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Experience as a mortgage loan processor is a plus but not required.
