- Qualify leads by assessing their investment goals and financing needs.
- Collaborate with me to refine lead generation strategies specific to the real estate investment niche.
- Track lead performance and provide regular feedback to improve outreach efforts.

**Qualifications:**
- **Proven experience** in lead generation or related fields (1+ year preferred).
- Familiarity with real estate investing, including fix-and-flip, rental properties, or commercial real estate, is a **strong plus**.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn, CRMs, spreadsheets, and other lead gen platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
