Job Overview:
As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales by acquiring new customers for NWNHosting. You’ll engage with potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and live chat interactions, demonstrating how our hosting solutions can meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to prospective customers to introduce NWNHosting’s services and convert leads into sales.
Initiate and maintain email outreach campaigns, tailoring messages to resonate with individual customer needs.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries on live chat, providing excellent customer service and encouraging sales conversions.
Develop a deep understanding of NWN Hosting’s products to effectively present solutions and address customer questions or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in the company CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and success stories to optimize outreach efforts.
