JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Assistant to help me close out the year in QuickBooks and transition our financial records to Zoho Books. This role is perfect for someone who is experienced in bookkeeping, proficient in QuickBooks, and has familiarity or willingness to learn Zoho Books. After the transition, you will assist with ongoing bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Requirements:

Experience with QuickBooks 2019 Desktop is a must.

Familiarity with Zoho Books or willingness to learn.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Reliable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with bookkeeping for small businesses.

Background in transitioning between accounting software.

Availability to work during U.S. business hours (preferred but flexible).
