To be successful in this role you should have: Prior experience in customer service Strong communication skills in English Ability to respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) Proficiency in using email management tools Good internet connection with open communication lines to express any issues you may face Ability to maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times About the role: Handle customer inquiries and complaints via Instagram, Facebook, and email Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Work closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback Opportunity to grow within the team We will have a trial period of 1 week before making final decisions, during which you will get paid $100 Please only apply if you are confident you can meet the criteria.
