Job Title: Game Analyst – Ronin Blockchain

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical **Game Analyst** to join our team, focusing on the rapidly growing Ronin blockchain gaming ecosystem. This role is pivotal in identifying, evaluating, and providing actionable insights on emerging games to support informed investment decisions and enhance content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Game Research and Evaluation

- Conduct detailed assessments of new and upcoming games on the Ronin blockchain to identify high-potential projects.
- Play and analyze games to gather key metrics, user feedback, and gameplay insights.
- Develop a tiered evaluation system (e.g., A, B, C, D) to prioritize games for further research and potential investment.

Collaboration with Game Development Teams

- Engage with game developers to gather insights about their projects, including roadmaps, features, and investment opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with local developers and gaming communities to stay informed on the latest trends and releases.

Data Analysis and Strategic Recommendations

- Collect and analyze data on player metrics, game performance, and market trends to assess the viability of gaming projects.
- Prepare reports and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders for strategic decision-making.

Content Writing and Marketing Support

- Write and publish **weekly content pieces** focusing on Ronin Network games, including reviews, industry updates, and analytical insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with branding and strategic goals.
- Contribute to social media posts or articles highlighting key findings and game analyses.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong passion for gaming, with familiarity or experience in blockchain-based games, particularly within the Ronin ecosystem.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate games based on qualitative and quantitative factors.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with development teams and present findings effectively.
- Residing in Cebu or Leyte, Philippines, with a strong network or familiarity with the local gaming community.

Preferred Experience:

- Background in game testing, analysis, or blockchain-related roles.
- Knowledge of Ronin games such as **Axie Infinity, Lumetera, Kydro, or Pixel Heroes** is an advantage.
- Experience with market trend analysis and data visualization is a plus.
