We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise digital advertising on social platforms and SEO to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for clients' marketing budget by developing and executing strategies that maximise their online presence, drive website and landing page traffic, and boost conversions . You will play a crucial part in all aspects of digital marketing, from SEO optimisation to content strategy, and campaign management.
This role will initially start with 20 hours per week and will become full time for the suitable candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Conduct in-depth keyword and key phrase research and analyse competitor performance to maximise return on marketing spend and efforts.
Develop landing pages to suit marketing campaigns.
Optimise website content, including on-page SEO, meta tags, URL structures, and internal linking strategies.
Proactively monitor and report on Marketing spend results, website traffic, user engagement, and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media,
Continuously optimise campaigns for performance, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and SEO trends to ensure best practices are followed.
Qualifications:
At least 3 to 5 years full time equivalent experience in digital marketing
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on SEO.
In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Experience in content marketing,
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and how they apply to SEO.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with PPC campaigns and paid social media is a plus.
