As a Bookkeeping Assistant you will have a variety of different responsibilities which may include,
- Processing payments and handling daily banking activities
- Reconciling accounts and keeping financial records
- Generating invoices and receipts
- Preparing and lodging business activity statements (BAS)
- Managing payroll processes
- Producing balance sheets, statements and other financial reports
- Using bookkeeping software, spreadsheets and databases
- Supporting senior accountants and the finance team generally
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience using QuickBooks is preferred
