What You’ll Do:
Provide support in managing personal injury and lemon law cases, from intake through resolution
Draft and review legal documents (pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, etc.)
Conduct legal research to support case strategy and litigation
Maintain and organize case files, ensuring adherence to deadlines
Communicate with clients, experts, and witnesses to collect necessary evidence
Help prepare for hearings, depositions, and trials

What We’re Looking For:
Lawyers or Paralegals with US Law Firm Experience
Experience in Personal Injury Law and/or Lemon Law
Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
Familiarity with court procedures, case management, and relevant legal terminology
Fluency in English
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with attention to detail
Previous paralegal or legal assistant experience is highly preferred
