Job Title: Virtual Assistant - Construction Finance & Job Costing Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant to support our construction business in managing financial operations, job costing, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction finance and project management, with expertise in QuickBooks and Knowify. You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with billing, and ensuring seamless Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tracking.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Knowify.
Perform job costing analysis to ensure all project costs are accurately tracked and reported.
Assist in preparing and sending invoices, monitoring payments, and managing billing schedules.
Handle forecasting and financial reporting to help manage cash flow and budget projections.
Track and manage AP/AR, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled in a timely manner.
Provide administrative support to streamline construction project operations.
Collaborate with the team to ensure all financial and project-related data is accurate and up-to-date.
Generate and review financial reports for accuracy and insights.
Assist in implementing and improving processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role in the construction or finance industry.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Knowify is mandatory.
Strong understanding of job costing, construction project management, and financial tracking.
