As our first recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of our recruitment strategy, helping us scale rapidly while maintaining our commitment to excellence and collaboration.

The Role:
As our first Recruiter, you’ll take full ownership of our recruitment pipeline, focusing on offshore roles:
- Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract top offshore talent for technical,
operational, and leadership roles.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates, to putting forward
the top candidates for our clients to review.
- Build a Network: Establish relationships with local recruitment agencies, job boards, and talent pools in target regions.
- Employer Branding: Position our agency as a premier choice for offshore professionals through compelling outreach and
partnerships.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Metrics-Driven Approach: Track and report recruitment metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand team needs and priorities.
- Process Optimization: Create scalable recruitment processes and tools as we expand.

What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in recruiting, ideally with a focus on offshore roles or global hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills, including familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Knowledge of global labor markets and cultural sensitivities.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and think strategically.
- Passion for building teams and scaling organizations.
