Job Description:

Are you a numbers whiz with a knack for uncovering insights that drive business decisions? Do you have a curious mind that's always seeking out the next big opportunity? We're looking for a dynamic Financial Analyst & Bookkeeper who loves diving into data and is proficient with Xero accounting software.

In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for maintaining our bookkeeping records and conducting daily product research. Your financial analysis reports will directly influence which products we launch next, playing a pivotal role in our company's growth and direction. This role has immense potential for growth as we build out our financial analysis teams.

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping & Accounting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Xero.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and oversee cash flow.
Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Product Research:

Conduct daily research on potential new products.
Evaluate product viability based on market trends and financial data.
Collaborate with the team to recommend new product launches.
Collaboration & Strategy:

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align financial goals.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to drive company growth.
Use data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or Bookkeeper.


Skills:

Proficiency in Xero accounting software is a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Highly data-oriented with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Having experience in crop or food business-related accounting is a plus.

This job is 100% remote and allows for people to work during Filipino working hours.
Full-time position: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
