THE JOB
As a Junior Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in taking the product requirements from the CEO and Head of Product and digitizing them (FIGMA and product specifications) so that you can ensure that engineering is creating and executing on the vision. You will be able to watch the leadership team whiteboard ideas and you will be able to create mocks and specifications from those sessions. The Junior Product Owner will focus heavily on prototyping and wireframing using Figma. In this position, you will be at the forefront of turning concepts into interactive, user-centered designs by rapidly creating wireframes and prototypes that help shape our product vision.


Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Product Owner at Stealth AI FinTech Startup. The Junior Product Owner will be responsible for daily tasks such as product management, business analysis, communication with stakeholders, and software development oversight.

Responsibilities
You are passionate about, and up to date on, user-centered design processes, systemic thinking, and interaction design principles.?
You will exercise your knowledge of design thinking, information architecture and user-centered design to deliver compelling user experiences.?
You will perform user interviews, user job shadowing and task analysis in order to understand the user's goals and to create user personas.?
From the requirements and user interviews you will create user flow diagrams, user journeys and user stories to describe the user's expectations, needs and pitfalls.?
You will work within an established design system to create wireframes, mockups and prototypes to describe and illustrate functions and features of interface concepts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably within a FinTech environment.
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Canva is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
