We are seeking a Paid Ads Marketer to join our team

Your work will directly impact the health and quality of life of integrative medicine practitioners and patients around the world.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Campaign Strategy and Planning

Craft comprehensive paid social media strategies that align with your business goals and target audience.
Strategically allocate budgets across various social media platforms to maximize ROI.
Identify and segment target audiences to ensure ads reach the most relevant and engaged users.


Ad Creation and Optimization

Create visually appealing and compelling ad creatives, including images, videos, and carousel ads.
Write persuasive ad copy that captures attention and drives conversions.
Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to identify the most effective combinations.


Campaign Management

Set up and manage ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
Optimize bid strategies to ensure cost-effective ad placements and maximize budget efficiency.
Continuously monitor ad performance and make real-time adjustments to improve results.


Analytics and Reporting

Track key performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI to measure campaign effectiveness.
Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and trends that can inform future strategies.
Create detailed reports to provide stakeholders with clear insights into campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
