Key Responsibilities

Design and Development: Lead the development of a modular SaaS platform, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration of various features.

Architecture Planning: Collaborate on architectural decisions for a robust backend, modular frontend, and efficient database structure.

Feature Implementation: Develop and implement core features, including CRM, project management, invoicing, KPI tracking, and reporting modules.

UI/UX Excellence: Work closely with designers to create a visually stunning and intuitive user interface.

AI Integration: Explore and implement AI tools to enhance user experience and automate routine tasks within the platform.

Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver a high-quality product.

Testing and Debugging: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct rigorous testing to ensure performance and reliability.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and suggest improvements to keep the software competitive.

Qualifications

Experience:

Proven experience building SaaS platforms (3+ years preferred).

Familiarity with construction or maintenance service industry software is a plus.


Technical Skills:

Proficiency in backend development (Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar).

Expertise in frontend technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL, MongoDB, or similar).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Knowledge of API integrations and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with AI tools (OpenAI API, machine learning frameworks, or automation software).
