Job Vacancy: Customer Service Representative (Dropshipping Store) - Experience with Setting Up Customer Service (Shopify)

We are looking for an experienced customer service representative with dropshipping experience who is also capable of setting up the customer service operations for our Shopify dropshipping store from the ground up. You will play a crucial role in creating an efficient and customer-centric support structure, while working flexible hours each week from home or our office.

What we are looking for:
Proven experience in customer service within the dropshipping sector, ideally with Shopify.
Experience in setting up customer service processes, including selecting the right tools, creating policies, and training team members.
Strong understanding of dropshipping processes, including order management and communication with suppliers.
Experience with Shopify and related customer service tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, and Shopify Help Center.
A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
