Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Ads Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the creation, optimization, and management of advertising campaigns across Google Ads,
Key Responsibilities:
Ad Management:
Develop, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads and
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
Explore and implement YouTube ad strategies, if applicable.
Manage ad budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Lead Management:
Track, manage, and follow up on leads generated through ad campaigns.
Collaborate with the sales or marketing team to ensure seamless lead conversion processes.
Maintain and organize lead data in CRM tools.
Website Coordination:
Ensure the website aligns with ad campaigns for consistency in branding and messaging.
Implement landing pages or updates to improve lead generation and user experience.
Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and optimize website functionality.
Video Editing:
Edit videos for use in ads on YouTube,
Create engaging ad creatives using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Google Ads and
Familiarity with Ads Manager, analytics tools, and tracking conversion metrics.
Strong understanding of lead generation and CRM systems.
Experience in website management and basic troubleshooting.
Bonus: Experience managing YouTube ads and proficiency in video editing.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
