To support our growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent dedicated to the French market to ensure an exceptional experience for our customers.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual who:
• Speaks French (this is a strong advantage but not mandatory).
• Has significant experience in customer service, ideally in e-commerce or dropshipping, with a specific focus on the French market.
• Is familiar with tools like Freshdesk to efficiently handle customer inquiries (we do not use live chat).
• Can easily follow a structured SOP for managing returns and exchanges.
• Is comfortable collaborating within a team, especially via a WhatsApp group for handling returns and exchanges with suppliers.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Adopts a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Is available for a part-time or full-time position, depending on the needs.
