We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Appointment Setter to join our small, driven team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients who have expressed interest in our services and assist them in scheduling appointments with our team. Our focus is on building relationships and ensuring that each interaction is helpful and informative.
Requirements:
MUST have a computer, reliable internet connection, and a mobile phone.
MUST have 2 years of appointment setting or sales experience.
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills along with great phone etiquette.
Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work Monday to Saturday at least 3 hours a day (with potential for more hours).
Professional and courteous disposition.
Persuasive and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
Calling prospective clients from a provided list of contacts.
Responding to incoming calls from interested clients.
Addressing basic questions about our services and support options.
Scheduling consultations between prospective clients and our service coordinators.
Maintaining detailed records of calls in our CRM system.
Following up with clients who were previously unreachable.
Reporting recurrent client concerns to management for resolution.

Hours/Salary:
Immediate start available.
Hours: 18 hours/week, approximately 3 hours/day across 6 days (with potential to increase up to 40 hours/week).
Pay: $6 AUD per hour.
