We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager / Account Executive / Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:
As an Account Manager / Account Executive / Sales Representative, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional bookkeeping services. The ideal candidate has experience in both sales and bookkeeping, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients.
- Actively generate new leads and convert prospects into clients through effective communication and tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and communicate bookkeeping and accounting service expectations.
- Review financial reports and ensure client deliverables are accurate and timely.
- Work with the bookkeeping team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and client interactions in the CRM.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in the accounting or bookkeeping industry.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping processes, financial statements, and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or other bookkeeping software is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field is a plus but not required.
