Job Description:
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to take on a versatile role involving customer recovery, administrative tasks, and content creation. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and has a knack for resolving customer concerns while crafting engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Recovery:
Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns through emails and phone calls.
Act as a virtual receptionist.
Provide excellent customer service.

Content Creation and Social Media Management:
Design and create content using Canva.
Develop flyers, banners, and graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and occasionally TikTok).
Schedule posts and engage with audiences.

Administrative Tasks:
Build reports in Excel.
Manage inboxes and emails.
Oversee a hiring system app, including monitoring activity, engaging applicants, and following up.

Qualifications:
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
A creative mindset for both problem-solving and content creation.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Excel, Google Chrome, and proprietary systems (training provided for specific tools).

Tools You Will Use:
Canva
Microsoft Excel
Google Chrome
MyQsrSoft and Atmcd (proprietary systems)

Working Hours:
Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
7:45 AM - 4:45 PM CST (Central Time)
Note: This is a US timezone role (Graveyard Shift for most global applicants).
