Position Overview:
You will be responsible for selecting the very best staff for each assignment.
The recruiting, enrolling, and training of the staff over the phone, over email, and text.
The booking and management of the chosen promotional staff for assignments nationwide (all throughout the USA).
The evaluation/recording/processing of all promotional staff after completion of each assignment.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferably with previous event/recruitment experience.
