Virtual Assistant for Facebook Marketplace Sales

We are a dynamic and growing business, seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. The primary responsibilities of the VA will include managing our Facebook Marketplace listings, handling customer inquiries via Facebook Messenger.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facebook Marketplace Management: - MUST BE EXPERIENCED
- Create, manage, and update product listings on Facebook Marketplace.
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly and professionally.
- Process orders, track shipments, and handle any issues related to customer transactions.
- Monitor and report on marketplace performance and trends.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Facebook Marketplace or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and analysis.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Working Hours:
-Negotiable

Salary & Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: Starting From USD $2.50. Up to USD $9.50.
- Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses will be awarded based on successful sales made through Facebook Marketplace. The more you sell, the more you earn!
- Payment Frequency: Payments will be calculated every two weeks on Saturdays, and payment will be made the following Thursday.
- Sales-based bonuses will be calculated based on the volume and value of successful transactions completed on various channels.
- Transaction Fees: Any transaction fees associated with the payment process will be the responsibility of the VA.

Probation Period:

The initial probation period will be 6 months. During this time, the VA’s performance will be closely monitored to ensure a good fit for the role. Continued employment will be contingent on meeting performance expectations during the probation period.
Special Application Requirement:

To ensure attention to detail, all applicants must include a photo of a strawberry at the very top of their application. Applications without this photo will not be considered.
